Outreach efforts will build on strong, established community partnerships to create a comprehensive outreach strategy for women in all communities throughout the state.  A consumer advisory board, new health educations materials, and a women’s health resource inventory will be developed, with a special focus on needs of women in rural areas. The Women’s Health Resource Center, located in the clinic, provides free educational materials on a variety of health topics.

Outreach component will develop strategies to deliver culturally sensitive and effective health education. Cultural competency training appropriate for rural woman will be provided.

The outreach component will use web site to publicize CCC, provide health education and encourage women’s participation in clinical trials.
