Who can borrow a Banner?
Banners are available to WVU faculty or staff, recognized 501c3 organizations or community groups, and anyone affiliated with the COEWH who is using the banners to promote women's health in WV.
Where may I use the Banner?
Banners may be used for any local workshop, exhibit or fair. Where can I borrow a Banner? Banners may be borrowed from the Center of Excellence in Women’s Health by emailing Carrie Wood at cwood@hsc.wvu.edu and requesting a Banner Loan Form or mailing this copy to: Carrie Wood/ WVU/ Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center/ PO Box 9203/ Morgantown, WV 26506. Members are responsible for pick up and return. The CoEWH is not responsible for any costs incurred.
What is the loan period?
The loan period for Banners is 2 weeks from pick up date to return date.
Who is responsible for theft, damage or loss of the Banner?
You are fully responsible for the condition of the banners. Any returned in unusable condition will have to be replaced at cost ($562.50). Banners will be checked before and after to assess damage beyond reasonable wear.
Can I renew a Banner?
Banners may be renewed, if no other individual or group is waiting for the use of the banner. Please email Carrie Wood at cwood@hsc.wvu.edu to request renewal.
Where do I return the Banner?
The Banner must be returned to the NCoEWH. A confirmation email of receipt will be sent to you when we receive the Banner back.
